So one of the schools I worked at, built a large sports centre complete with a Tartan running track and force plate. Students would run from the oval, into the sports centre and as they placed the foot on the force plate data was produced.
This software then took this data and graphed it so they could analyse their Gait movements.

So a long time ago, I had to come up with a quiz game for Sunday School. I used the buzz controllers from my playstation as buzzers. The game asks a series of questions, and the first to push the big buzzer gets to answer using the coloured buttons. All the questions, are in QUESTIONS.TXT
The Kids had a lot of fun that day!

My answer to the Digital Signage revolution.
Instead of complex campaign management software, cloud services, expensive licenses and configurations that require servers, web servers etc. This program simply displays files that are located in a folder.
Can be installed onto a file share or run from a USB.
It walks the files in a folder, and if it sees a picture it will show that, if it sees a video it will play that, if it sees a URL file it will display that on screen.
Simply run it in startup, registry or as the windows shell.
All the information you need to configure this is located in the config.ini file..
Just extract the zip into a folder of your choosing.

Version 1.6 is the current stable version..
Version 1.8 is in beta, it has some better code for handling errors, and a bunch of new features, (some unfinished), version 1.8 once finished will also have a proper display manager front end.
This program will display a message on the screen. That was provided from the command line.
There are options to display it for a predetermined amount of time before it closes.
